Walt has a wealth of knowledge in representing employers in virtually every aspect of the employment relationship. He has represented management for over thirty-four years in a broad range of industries, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small entrepreneurial businesses and spans manufacturing, transportation, broadcasting, energy, mining, health care, public sector, technology services, retail sales and other employment sectors.

Walt has successfully defended clients throughout the United States against claims of race, sex, age, national origin and disability discrimination. He has also defended labor litigation matters in state and federal courts.
Labor Relations
Walt has successfully represented employers in many union representation elections. In addition, Walt’s practice includes significant experience in advising management in preventive labor relations and union avoidance, along with assisting with union election campaigns, negotiation of labor contracts and labor arbitrations.
