Admitted to Practice Georgia Northern District of Georgia State Courts, Court of Appeals, Supreme Court Profile Glianny Fagundo is a senior associate focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation and employment law. Glianny has represented clients on business and complex commercial litigation matters involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, negligence, products liability, wrongful death, and professional liability. With many of these matters involving large amounts of data stored electronically, Glianny has gained a wealth of experience in the field of electronic discovery and sound document retention and destruction policies. Glianny also has provided comprehensive advice and litigation support to major domestic and foreign insurers and reinsurers on claims arising out of professional liability, errors and omissions, commercial general liability, employment practices liability and aviation policies issued throughout the Southeast and Latin America. Additionally, Glianny has significant experience advising and representing employers of all sizes on matters involving employee termination, including reductions in force and WARN Act issues, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and immigration compliance issues. Additionally, Glianny has experience drafting industry-specific, company-tailored employment policies and manuals and training managerial staff on the implementation of such. Finally, Glianny is deeply involved in Atlanta’s thriving Hispanic community. She regularly participates in television shows and community lectures aimed at informing the community about its legal rights and obligations. Moreover, Glianny holds various leadership positions in several community and professional groups.
