Since joining Elarbee, Thompson, Sapp & Wilson in 2004 after having practiced with another firm, Jennifer focuses on the representation of corporations in complex litigation and employment matters. Jennifer has represented clients in areas of fraud torts, Sarbanes-Oxley and product liability matters. Jennifer has also defended management in both union matters, as well as all levels implicating civil rights, wage and hour, affirmative action and leave laws. She has also represented numerous corporations, as well as governmental entities and their officials - a specialized practice - with these aforementioned laws and constitutional issues.
