Profile
Since joining Elarbee, Thompson, Sapp & Wilson in 2004 after having practiced with another firm, Jennifer focuses on the representation of corporations in complex litigation and employment matters.  Jennifer has represented clients in areas of constitutional claims, fraud torts, Sarbanes-Oxley and federal and state employment matters. Jennifer has also defended management in both union matters, as well as all levels implicating civil rights, wage and hour, affirmative action and leave laws, to include grievance hearings and appeals on employment matters.  She has also represented numerous corporations, as well as governmental entities and their officials - a specialized practice - with these aforementioned laws and constitutional issues.
