Representative Matters: - Successfully assisted a cable television company in maintaining non-union status through training and serving as counsel through NLRB proceedings
- Obtained summary judgment in a hostile work environment, sexual harassment lawsuit on behalf of a major telecommunications company
- Effectively mediated settlement of potential class action litigation by female employees alleging discrimination in promotions and salary and sexual harassment on behalf of the magazine division of a national newspaper group
