Profile
Richard practices principally in the area of business transactions, including contracts, licensing, and service agreements. Additionally, a substantial part of his practice relates to various types of agreements pertaining to commercial real estate matters.
Richard clerked for the federal judiciary, served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, and has served as a management partner in several law firms. He has been active in various bar associations, including service on a State Bar ethics committee, for a number a years. Richard served as a law review note editor and received an International Academy of Trial Lawyers advocacy award while in law school. He also served as an officer in the United States Army in Vietnam.
