Profile
Rob concentrates on litigation and resolving employment disputes, including issues of trade secret protection, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and other issues relating to the protection of proprietary information. He has successfully represented individuals and companies in states throughout the country on matters relating to the protection of trade secrets and confidential information. Rob has also successfully defended companies in employment discrimination and harassment litigation throughout the country.
