Frances L. Felice concentrates her practice on a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters, with an emphasis on acquisitions, sales, development, financings, cooperatives and condominiums.

Prior to joining Ganfer & Shore, LLP, Ms. Felice was an associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, practicing in the firm’s real estate department for over 9 years.

Ms. Felice is a summa cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is a cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School.

She is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
