SAMPLE OF SOME OF OUR MASSACHUSETTS SHORT SALE SUCCESSES IN 2010

 
Case 1:
Seller facing foreclosure. 
 
Title reflected the following: 1. First Mortgage, 2. Second Mortgage, 3. Attachment for car loan,
 
Seller’s owed approx $390,000.00 in mortgage debt and a $10,000.00 attachment. Sale price  was $225,000.00.  We negotiated and coordinated with both lenders and the creditor’s attorney and got the deal done. Seller avoided foreclosure.
 
 
Case 2:
Sellers were facing foreclosure and had to sell the property.
 
Title reflected the following: 1. First Mortgage, 2. Second Mortgage, 3. Attachment for car loan, 4. Attachment for personal loan.
 
Seller’s owed approx $250,000.00 in mortgage debt and $20,000.00 in attachments. Sale price was $220,000.00.
 
We negotiated and coordinated with both lenders and both creditors’ attorneys and reached a 4 way short sale agreement.  The Seller avoided foreclosure.
 
 
Case 3:
Seller was facing foreclosure and wanted to sell the property before the foreclosure sale.
 
There was one mortgage on record with a balance of $277,000.00. 
 
We negotiated the terms of the short sale with the lender. House was sold for $210,000.00. Seller avoided foreclosure.
