This allows him to represent his criminal defense clients with the unique understanding of both sides in a criminal case. Additionally, Mr. Gutierrez was the regional director of a national medical review firm, where he reviewed personal injury claims, which has given him the experience of seeing how insurance companies value and evaluate claims.
