  • Felder v. Fleming  $1,500,000 was recovered for the client who was injured when the defendant driver made a left hand turn in front of his vehicle. 
  • Hofmann v. Connex West  $575,000 was recovered for a woman who was injured when she was bumped off a commuter bus at Los Angeles Union Station. 
  • Rojas v. Confidential Defendant  $850,000 was recovered in a slip-and-fall cause against the restaurant whose bathroom floor the client slipped on.
  • Sandoval v. Winkler Forming and Lyle Industries – $900,000 was recovered for a client who lost a portion of his left hand when he reached into the machine to clear a jam.
  • Simental v. Eli Jr. Pumping –$1,185,000 was recovered for the client who suffered leg amputation (at the knee) as a result of a work-related accident
  • Whiteside v.
