Mr. Butler, who has practiced law for over 25 years, is the founder of the law firm of Butler, Fitzgerald, Fiveson & Mc Carthy. He specializes in complex commercial and health care litigation.He graduated with honors from Fordham Law School in 1962, where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Butler is admitted to the New York Bar and also is admitted to practice before numerous federal courts including: Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York; Northern District of California; 2nd, 9th, 11th and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He was previously associated with White & Case. |
